Abstract采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等研究了热变形方式、合金成分等对CLRASS不锈钢锻造变形组织均匀性的影响。结果表明:条带组织主要由带状分布的亚微米尺寸二次TiC颗粒和链状分布的一次TiC组成,其形成主要与Ti元素的易凝固偏析特性、铸锭一次TiC析出受到抑制和锻锭热变形过程中二次TiC的不均匀析出有关。锻前均匀化热处理和墩粗拔长处理能够通过施加高温和引入位错减轻合金铸锭中的Ti元素偏析,调整二次TiC析出均匀性,从而抑制条带组织形成。此外,减小铸锭高径比和降低合金Ti/C比也能通过提高合金变形效率和减少TiC析出从而降低条带组织的形成倾向。
Other AbstractThe effects of thermal deformation and alloy composition on microstructure uniformity of forged CLRASS stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the band-like microstructure is mainly composed of sub-micron secondary TiC particles with banding distribution and primary TiC with chainlike distribution,and the main reasons for the formation of band-like structure are the segregation feature of Ti element,the suppression of TiC precipitation in the cast ingot,and the inhomogeneous precipitation behavior of secondary TiC in the forged ingot.The homogenization heat treatment before forging and the drawing-down and drawing-out forging processes can reduce the segregation of Ti elements in the alloy ingots,adjust the precipitation uniformity of secondary TiC,and thus inhibit the formation of band-like structure.In addition,reducing the ratio of ingot height to diameter and the Ti/C ratio of the alloy can also reduce the formation tendency of band-like microstructure.
