纳米晶二元双相Ag50Ni50合金的制备及其显微组织

Abstract用X射线衍射方法研究了球磨驱动制备Ag50Ni50(摩尔比)合金偻末的机械合金化过程。研究结果表明,Ag60Ni50的混合粉末能形成有一定固溶度和纳米级晶粒的α-Ag和β-Ni两相混合粉末。球磨后的粉末在620℃热压后,尽管两相的颗粒都有所长大,但仍然保持纳米尺度。热压块体化的Ag50Ni50合金密度很高,经600℃,24h退火处理后,其α-Ag和β-Ni相颗粒均成倍长大。显微组织结果表明合金中存
