Abstract利用金属管材三维自由弯曲成形理论,开展6061铝合金螺旋管自由弯曲成形的工艺优化研究,以进一步提高该螺旋管的成形复杂度和成形效率。在对6061铝合金螺旋管自由弯曲成形进行工艺解析的基础上,提出了通过改变弯曲模每次摆动的角以优化成形工艺的方案。基于ABAQUS软件进行有限元模拟,完成了螺旋管工艺优化前后的模拟成形,验证了优化效果。同时,通过6061铝合金螺旋管自由弯曲成形实验,得到与模拟相吻合的结果,优化后的实验效果较好,螺旋管的成形质量显著提高,进一步验证了螺旋管自由弯曲成形工艺优化的可靠性。所优化的自由弯曲设备弯曲模单次摆动角度为3.3°。
Other AbstractBased on the forming theory of 3D free bending for metal tube,the process optimization of free bending for 6061 aluminum spiral tube was investigated to improve the complexity and efficiency in the manufacture,and an optimized process scheme changing the angle of each swing of bending die was proposed based on the process analysis of free bending.Then,the simulated forming of spiral tube before and after process optimization was achieved by software ABAQUS,and the optimized results were demonstrated.At the same time,the free bending experiment of 6061 aluminmn spiral tube was conducted,and the results matched the simulation were obtained.Thus,the optimized experiment works well,and the manufacturing quality of spiral tube is improved obviously.Furthermore,the reliability of the process optimization of free bending for 6061 aluminum spiral tube was verified.The single swing angle of bending die is 3.3°by the optimized free bending equipment.
