循环应力幅和平均应力对Ni3Al(B)合金高温疲劳寿命的影响

Abstract本文研究了高温下呈现脆性的多晶Ni3Al(0.6at-%B)合金的高温疲劳性能。载荷控制的拉-拉疲实验在450℃及空气条件下完成,通过固定所有实验中最大拉伸应力值,而改变不同实验中最小拉伸应力值的方法,可区分循环应力幅或平均应力及其交互作用的对材料影响,本实验获得的循环应力幅度及平均应力与环境的寿命的关系曲线呈现“S”形。本文初步分析了上述实验现象。
