Abstract本文研究了镁对GH761合金机械性能和组织结构的影响,测定了镁在合金中的分布及在晶界的偏聚状态,分析了镁对合金的影响机理。发现镁主要分布在Y’相中,改变了Y’相组成成分,可能使Y’-Y相界能下降,导致了合金Y’相尺寸减小。镁在合金微量相中富集,在晶界偏聚,改变了晶界析出相成分,填充了晶界缺陷,使晶界能、相界能及它们的比值下降,造成晶界析出相块化。由于镁使Y’相变小,使晶界相块化,使晶界扩散系数降低从而显著提高了GH761合金的持久寿命、持久塑性及蠕变强度。
Other AbstractThe effect of Mg content on the mechanical properties and microstructures of GH761 alloy has been studied, and the distribution of Mg in phases has been measured, and the influence of Mg addition on the alloy and its mechanism have been analyzed. It is found that Mg in the alloy segregates in Y'-phase and minor phase, which changes the chemical compositions of Y'-phase and carbide. Furthermore, because Mg in GH761 alloy also segregates in grain boundary and the Mg atoms fill in the defect sites of grain boundary, the interface energies and the diffusion coefficient in grain 1 boundary decrease, that make the size of Y'-phase lessen and the precipitates in grain boundary become blocky. Because of the effect of Mg on the alloy microstructures, the rupture life and elongation of stress-rupture and creep strength of GH761 alloy at 650 ℃ are improved.
