Abstract | 本文从复合材料工作者的眼光出发,观察分析了几种天然生物材料的结构,并归纳总结出一些具有共性的规律。例如:在天然生物材料中,复合的特征体现在各个尺度,各个层次及各个方向上。对于生物材料,由于存在着“功能适应性原理”,材料具有可调节性及反馈机制。因此,材料总是在需要处多生长,在不需要时就萎缩,从而,天然生物结构往往也具备力学合理性,此外,天然复合材料中,管状的增强组元是很普遍的,如各种植物纤维,骨骼中的Haversian系统单元等。在此基础上,着重研究了天然长纤维复合材料——竹的结构、机构性能及二者之间的关系,确定了符合复合材料试验标准的试样尺寸,并应用自动图象分析仪测定了竹内纤维体积分数沿径向的排布规律,最后,基于以上分析研究,确定了简化的仿生梁结构模型,通过碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料与纤维均布梁进行了实验比较,发现其抗弯强度提高了大约80%左右。 |
Other Abstract | The structure of several kinds of bio-materials were studied in this paper in the eyes of composites researchers and some common composite properties have been found. For instance, the principle of composite is incarnated in every scale, sequence and direction. In biological field, materials have the ability of self-adjustment and mechanism of feedback due to "The Principle of Functional Adaptability", which make the biological structure satisfy the principle of mechanics and usually the better or best one. In addition, cylindrical reinforcement is usual in nature, such as various plant fibers and Haversian unit in bone. On the basis of above analysis, we put emphasis upon long-fibers-reinforced natural material—bamboo, whose structure, mechanical properties and relationship between them were studied. The size of bamboo specimen were determined according to the test standard of composite materials and the distribution of bamboo fibers along thickness direction was obtained by using automatic image analyzer. Finally, a bionic beam model imitating the distribution of fibers in bamboo was carried out and was experimentally verified by carbon/epoxy resin composites with its flexural strength increased about 80% compared with a uniformly-distributed beam. |
