Abstract研究了GH4169G合金锻件典型部位的晶粒组织和δ相的析出特征。结果表明,锻件因受变形量与散热速率的影响,存在完全再结晶与不完全再结晶两种晶粒组织。变形量越大,散热速率越慢,再结晶越完全;δ相的析出数量与形貌在不同位置存在较大差异,随锻造温度降低与冷却速度增加δ相数量增多,尺寸增大。
