Abstract研究了M17F合金无余量精铸空心气冷叶片气孔形成规律。发现型芯上的积碳是形成大面积蜂窝状气孔的主要原因;合金元素Ta提高了熔融合金的化学活性,是形成气孔的合金因素;型芯中锆英石的分解产物无定形SiO2,是促成气体反应的工艺因素
