| Abstract | 本实验利用SIMS研究了YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-X)超导体长期暴露在潮湿空气中的表面分解问题。结果表明,YBC超导体与湿空气中H_2O和CO_2发生化学反应,则使表层分解成BaCO_3、Y_2O_3和CuO等物质。 |
