| Abstract | 研究了Ni/SiO_2、Cu/Al_2O_3等体系刷镀工艺参数如电压、镀笔移动速度及浴中粒子浓度对镀层中粒子含量、硬度和耐磨性的影响,得到了粒子均匀分布复合镀层的适当工艺,还比较讨论了刷镀、槽镀(电镀及化学镀)复合层性能。实验结果表明刷镀嵌合粒子能力不及槽镀,镀笔移动速度及粒子特性是刷镀复合镀层的关键。 |
