AbstractBy the investigations of two types of representative polycondensations from statistical theory and dynamics, the relationship between the dynamics and statistics of the system under consideration is pointed out. Based on this, we obtain the explicit relationship between the conversions and equilibrium dynamical constant and reaction free energy, by which the characterization of the average polymer physical quantities can further be simplified. Moreover, the influences of temperature and pressure on the polymerization process are discussed.
