摘要 | The corrosion gain weight of electroplated zinc in atmosphere containing different concentrations of CO2 under thin electrolyte film were measured by means of quartz crystal microbalance. Equations of corrosion gain weight were derived from the experiments under the same condition. Atmospheric corrosion mechanism of zinc under thin electrolyte film was also discussed by the equation of corrosion gain weight, combined with Infrared absorption spectroscopy and X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy. Protective features was elucidated by analysis of the morphology of atmospheric corrosion layer on zinc using SEM. |
