摘要 | A new single Bi-O layered cuprate Bi0.5Cd0.5Sr2YCu2O7-delta has been synthesized and characterized. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that it crystallizes in the tetragonal Bi-1212 structure, space group P4/mmm. Tts lattice parameters are a = 3.8115(8) Angstrom and c = 11.910(2) Angstrom. The ratio of c/a is 3.125, and much higher than that of other Bi-1212 compounds. The as-prepared material shows a semiconducting behavior. Post-treatment in flowing oxygen at 773K results in a metal semiconductor transition. |
