| Abstract | 本发明涉及Y2Si2O7/ZrO2陶瓷复合材料的制备技术,具体为一种大块致密配比精确可控的Y2Si2O7/ZrO2陶瓷复合材料的制备方法。该制备过程由两步组成：(1)先制备Y2Si2O7陶瓷粉末,以Y2O3和SiO2混合物为原料,制备单相Y2Si2O7陶瓷粉末；(2)再在Y2Si2O7陶瓷粉末中加入预定体积份数的氧化锆粉末；上述两种粉末混合后,经球磨混合均匀,再将粉末成型得到生坯进行无压烧结,烧结温度为1100～1600℃,烧结时间为0.5～2小时,烧结后得到致密的Y2Si2O7/ZrO2陶瓷复合材料,密度为理论密度的85～100％。本发明可以在无压烧结下制备出具有精确配比、高致密度的大块Y2... |
