Abstract本发明属于耐热合金的技术领域,具体涉及到一种高温下具有高抗氧化性能和高抗蠕变性能的高铬马氏体系耐热钢,它是主要应用于制造超(超超)临界火电站用高压蒸汽管道的新型结构材料。钢的成分范围(重量百分比)是,C:0.07~0.10%;Cr:10.0~11.0%;Mo:0.3~0.5%;W:2.0~3.0%;Co:2.0~3.0%且0.8≤(Co含量/W含量)≤1.2;Mn:0.3~0.5%;Si:0.2~0.4%;Ni:<0.5%;B:0.001~0.006%;Fe:余量。本发明通过在增加铬含量的同时复合添加低钼、高钨和高钴,并保持一定范围的钴钨含量比,可抑制组织中起析出强化作用的M23C6的粗化、有...
