Abstract本发明涉及TiNi基形状记忆合金强度和阻尼性能的改善技术,具体地说是一种高强度高阻尼的Ti-Ni-Nb-Mo形状记忆合金及加工工艺。按原子百分比计,合金化学成分如下:镍43%~46%,铌8.0%~12.0%,钼0.1%~4.0%,余量为钛和不可避免的杂质。本发明以TiNi合金为基,通过添加Nb元素和少量的Mo元素,调整合金元素含量及Ti/Ni原子比,经过适当的热加工及热处理工艺,合金的室温屈服强度高于300MPa,断裂强度大于800MPa,延伸率超过了25%。合金在马氏体态的阻尼性能比传统的Ti44Ni47Nb9合金高,并且Tanδ大于0.015。本发明可用于结构振动和被动控制,用于设计智能阻...
