| Abstract | 本发明公开一种高温腐蚀热天平测量装置混合气氛供气系统,包括测量装置、加热装置、混气装置和尾气处理装置,所述混气装置由多个气瓶、混气瓶、电子流量计和真空泵等组成,其中一个气瓶通过真空胶管依次经真空阀、与真空阀并联的浮子流量计、再经真空阀接至测量装置中的热天平,余下的气瓶经真空阀、电子流量计至混气瓶,混气瓶的输出一方面经真空阀接至加热炉中的反应器,另一方面经真空阀分别至真空泵和热天平；尾气处理装置安装在反应器输出端。它无污染、能够模拟复杂气氛。 |
