| Abstract | 本发明涉及涂料技术,具体为一种环保型聚苯胺改性云母氧化铁防腐涂料及 其制备方法,解决了现有云母氧化铁涂料防腐性能差,制造过程中必须配合使用 有害的含铅和铬酸盐颜料的问题。环保型聚苯胺改性云母氧化铁防腐涂料由成膜 物质、聚苯胺改性云母氧化铁等组成。利用氧化聚合法在云母氧化铁表面形成聚 苯胺包覆层,处理后的云母氧化铁对金属有钝化作用,云母氧化铁表面的植酸包 覆层对金属也起到缓蚀的作用。环保型聚苯胺改性云母氧化铁防腐涂料有很强的 耐蚀性和抗渗透性,可应用于石油化工设备、管道、海上石油平台、码头设施、 船舶等的防腐工程。 |
