| Abstract | 本发明属于金属材料和功能材料及材料加工领域,特别涉及一种熔体直接 发泡制备泡沫镁的方法,包括原料熔化、加发泡剂搅拌、发泡、切割成型等工 艺步骤。本发明按一定比例制得镁合金,将镁合金加热至700～730℃温度下熔 化,加入占镁合金质量5～30％的碳化硅颗粒,然后降至550℃～650℃的温度, 再加入占镁合金和碳化硅总质量2～20％的碳酸镁粉,碳酸镁粉高速搅拌时间为 1～10分钟,发泡温度为550℃～650℃,发泡结束后移出发泡炉,冷却降温, 切割成材。本发明工艺条件稳定,操作控制准确,制出的泡沫镁产品孔径均匀, 可生产不同密度,不同孔径的泡... |
