| Abstract | 本发明公开一种稀土氧化物改性的渗铬涂层及制备方法和应用。其改性的渗铬涂层成分由渗入的铬和来自复合镀层金属M及少量稀土氧化物组成,其中稀土氧化物RexOy为Re＝Ce、Y、La等,按质量百分数计,渗铬涂层中表面层中铬含量为35～55份,其余为M和微量稀土元素氧化物,其中M来自M-RexOy复合镀层。制备过程如下：以金属Ni、Fe或Co、碳钢或低合金钢为基材,在基材上采用复合电镀方法制得M-RexOy复合镀层,然后扩散渗铬,获得稀土氧化物改性的渗铬涂层。本发明工艺简单... |
