| Abstract | 本发明涉及涂层技术,具体地说是公开一种NiCoCrAlYSiB抗热腐蚀高温防护涂层及制备方法。其特征在于：元素含量为Co：28-35wt.％,Cr：17～23wt.％,Al：5～12wt.％,Y：0.1～0.6wt.％,Si：0.9～1.1wt.％,B：0.02～0.04wt.％,Ni：余量。采用电弧离子镀技术制备这种防护涂层。与现有技术相比,本发明防护涂层抗热腐蚀及高温氧化性更优,制备工艺成本低、能耗低、生产效率高。 |
