| Abstract | 本发明涉及涂层制备技术,具体地说是一种γ′-Ni3Al/γ-Ni涂层及制备和应用。 其涂层成分由金属间化合物相γ′-Ni3Al及γ-Ni基体组成,按质量百分数计,涂层中 Al的含量为9.5～13％,其余为Ni。制备过程如下：以金属Ni、Fe或Co、碳钢或 低合金钢为基材,在基材上采用复合电沉积方法制得Ni-Al纳米复合镀层,然后 通过真空扩散热处理,获得一种γ′-Ni3Al/γ-Ni涂层。本发明工艺简单、成熟,易于 推广,且涂层与基体的粘附性强,抗氧化性能好。本发明γ′-Ni3<... |
