| Abstract | 本发明涉及块体非晶复合材料的制备技术,具体为一种不锈钢细管增强非晶合金复合材料及其制备方法,尤其是拥有良好力学性能的Zr基块体非晶复合材料的制备方法。不锈钢细管作为添加材料,添加于非晶合金基体中,不锈钢细管体积百分比为：18％～50％；非晶合金基体中分布着均匀的不锈钢细管,在不锈钢细管中形成非晶合金丝。与单纯的块体非晶相比,这种复合材料的塑性指标有了明显提高,对于非晶材料的应用具有重要意义,相较于Zr基块体非晶的近乎零的压缩应变,这种复合材料的压缩应变最高可达18％,从而为Zr基非晶的应用铺平道路。 |
