| Abstract | 本发明属于薄膜制备领域,具体地说是一种电弧离子镀铁磁性复合结构靶材及其应用。所述复合结构靶材包括高磁导率的软磁性材料靶壳与铁磁性材料靶材,所述铁磁性材料靶材与软磁性材料靶壳相连。本发明复合结构靶材解决了由于铁磁性靶材表面增加沟槽克服磁屏蔽时,降低了靶材使用寿命,进而本发明复合结构靶材解决了为改变靶面磁力线分布,在沉积系统中附加耦合磁场所带来的设备操作复杂及成本增加问题。 |
