Abstract本发明涉及阀门调速技术,具体地说是一种复合行星执行机构。它包括电机、太阳轮、行星齿轮组、联轴器、轴承及内齿环,所述电机轴为管状空心结构,太阳轮安装在电机的轴上,由行星齿轮组构成的3~5级调速机构在内侧与太阳轮啮合、外侧与内齿环啮合,轴承位于行星齿轮组中行星齿轮座与轴承架之间,最后一级行星齿轮座与联轴器固连,联轴器与阀体上的阀杆安装在一起;还包括穿心轴,所述穿心轴一端与联轴器固连,另一端穿过行星齿轮组的行星齿轮座、电机的轴管状空心结构、将其端头暴露于轴之外,所述探出的端头处固连凸轮于其上;所述凸轮的凸峰与安装在电机上的控制开关在阀门开启时顶触连接;控制开关与继电器电连接。它体积小、成本低且运行可...
