Abstract本发明属于铝基中间合金的制备技术,具体地说是一种高硼含量(~8wt%B)铝硼中间合金的半固态金属模铸造或连续铸造制备方法。该方法通过将高硼含量铝硼中间合金熔体加热至1300±25℃,搅拌1-2min后保温8-15min,清除被硼铝化合物包裹的熔盐(渣),获得高质量铝硼中间合金熔体;将上述合金熔体冷却至850±50℃,倒出表层熔盐,对熔体进行搅拌;将以上熔体浇入金属模或进行连续凝固,实现快速或亚快速凝固,制备成铝硼中间合金。采用本发明获得的铝硼中间合金,硼含量达8wt%左右,硼以颗粒状AlB12化合物形式分布于铝基体中。
