| Abstract | 本发明涉及镁合金制备技术,具体为一种高强度AZ91HP镁合金及其制备方 法。该合金为镁铝系合金体系,其成分为Mg-9％Al-1％Zn(质量百分比)组成, 该合金的初晶α-Mg晶粒粒径为10-20μm,第二相β-Mg17Al12粒子均匀、弥散分布, 粒径为3-5μm,二次枝晶间距为6-10μm。本发明镁合金采用铜模浇铸的方法制备, 铜模浇铸工艺的快速冷却使合金的晶粒细化,第二相均匀、弥散分布,从而使该 镁合金具有高的压缩强度和塑性。本发明开发了一种制备高压缩强度AZ91HP镁 合金的新方法,拓展了镁合金材... |
