Abstract一种高性能晶须和弥散粒子复合增强铝基复合材料,其特征在于:该合金由 陶瓷晶须、Al12(Fe,V)3Si弥散粒子和铝基体组成,陶瓷晶须的体积分数在5-40%, 直径为0.1-1.5微米、长度3-10微米,Al12(Fe,V)3Si弥散粒子的体积分数为10-40%, 尺寸为50-200纳米。其制备方法是把急冷凝固的铝-铁-钒-硅合金微晶粉末和晶 须用物理机械方法(例如机械搅拌)均匀混合,在400-600℃、80-200MPa压力 下加压密化,最后挤压成型。本发明提供的复...
