Abstract本发明属于多孔非晶合金材料设计与制备技术,具体为一种铝基微/纳米多孔非晶合金材料及其制备方法,主要解决①铝基非晶合金的压缩性塑性形变差,②泡沫金属铝强度低和耐蚀性差,③铝基微/纳米多孔非晶合金材料稀缺,④多孔材料的孔径降低到纳米尺度等问题。首先,在快速冷却条件下铝基合金熔体发生快速凝固,获得含有微/纳米尺寸晶态粒子的铝基非晶合金基复合材料。其次,对非晶复合材料进行电化学腐蚀或化学处理,获得铝基微/纳米多孔非晶合金材料。孔径尺寸在1纳米~100微米范围,孔隙率为1~50%。本发明铝基微/纳米多孔非晶合金材料的几何形状取决于所需求的材料形式,可用作于吸波、减振降噪、吸音、电磁屏蔽、催化吸附、吸能缓...
