| Abstract | 本发明的目的在于提供一种耐蚀性的Sn-Cu焊料,其主要技术手段是通过在普通Sn基合金中添加一些微量的合金元素,达到在不改变这些Sn-Cu焊料基本的物理、力学性能前提下,改善合金表面抗大气腐蚀的目的。为了实现上述目标,本发明提供的技术方案是：在普通的Sn-Cu基合金中添加微合金元素Ti,P,Ge,Si,Ni,Ga中的一种或几种组合；添加量为重量百分比：0.001~0.10%。所述普通的Sn-Cu基合金是含铜量为0.10-1.5wt%的Sn-Cu二元合金。 |
