| Abstract | 一种耐磨减磨层的复合镀工艺,其主要特征是所述的复合镀系指在Ni－P基体中同时加入SiC和石墨形成四元系的Ni－P／石墨－SiC或Ni－P／SiC－石墨镀层。由本工艺获得镀层硬度HV600—650kg／mm2,耐磨性比渗碳淬火好,和硬铬镀层相近,镀层无剥落现象,结合力良好。本发明具有设备简单、工艺稳定、成本低、无污染等优点。 |
