| Abstract | 一种镍基高温合金用NiCrAlY涂层,其特征在于：所述涂层满足下述要求：含8wt％-25wt％的Cr、30wt％-40wt％的Al和0.3wt％-1.5wt％的Y。本发明所述NiCrAlY涂层及其制备方法能有效提高了高温合金的零件的使用寿命。能够在1100℃以下的环境中,有效提高基体的抗氧化性能。在900℃以下,含有Cl-的热腐蚀环境中,提高基体抗热腐蚀的性能。本发明所述热扩散制备方法的设备投资和生产成本均远远低于热喷涂、真空物理气相沉积等现有方法。具有可预见的巨大的经济价值和社会价值。 |
