| Abstract | 一种氢渗透参数综合测定装置,由样品室、监测室、充氢室和含标准漏孔的标漏室组成,其特征在于：充氢室在最前端,分别与样品室上游侧及标漏一侧相连,标漏室另一侧与样品室下游侧共同与监测室相接；样品室上游侧通过旁路管道也与监测室相接,监测室与一台离子泵相接,各个室间用阀门间隔开。本实用新型操作简单,稳定性和准确性都较高。 |
