| Abstract | 本发明是一种通过多包合浇抑制大型钢锭偏析的方法,涉及600t以下所有级 别金属模大型钢锭的铸造过程,应用于真空和非真空条件下碳钢和合金钢锭的铸 造过程,对各种金属材料钢锭的各种成分偏析均有抑制作用。本发明具体步骤为： 1)钢锭模材料为灰口铸铁；2)冒口采用保温冒口,其锥度为8～16％；3)钢锭 的高径比为1∶1～3∶1；4)钢锭材质为碳钢或合金钢；5)不同浇包采用不同的成 分配比；6)不同浇包浇注过程中采用不同的时间间隔。本发明设计了大型钢锭多 包浇注工艺方案,对大型钢锭的偏析有很好的抑制作用,解决工厂目前大型钢锭 偏析的问题。 |
