| Abstract | 一种微波化学反应装置,其特征在于：该装置包括一微波应用器,一置于微波应用器内的化学反应器,一置于微波应用器和化学反应器之间的电阻加热器；化学反应器的进料口和出料口通过微波应用器的两个微波截止管伸出于应用器之外,电阻加热体通过微波应用器上的抗流结构与外部电源相接；电阻发热体的排放方式和放置位置在满足对化学反应器均匀加热的前提下,还满足对微波场的最小干扰原则。本实用新型可以实现微波化学反应,且使普通加热方式与微波加热方式有机地结合起来,提高微波利用率。 |
