| Abstract | 一种无缝铝合金管的制造方法,包括空心管坯的制作,冷轧步骤,其特征在于：空心管坯的制作采用挤压铸造的方式,管坯内孔用钢质模芯,模具内表面及模芯表面预热至280～320℃,浇注温度为700～740℃,从浇铸结束到加压开始的静置时间不超过4秒,比压45～140Mpa,保压时间为60～120秒。本发明工艺流程简短,对设备要求低,成品率高,特别适合小批量、多品种精密管材的生产。 |
