| Abstract | 本发明提供一种新型定向凝固铸造方法,即将熔化的合金浇铸到在保温炉 中预热的铸型中,铸型放置在结晶器上,铸型以一定的速度逐渐拉出保温炉, 其特征在于：所述放置在结晶器上的铸型以一定的速度拉入低熔点液态金属熔 池。本发明提供的新型定向凝固铸造方法具有如下优点：可以通过优化的工艺 参数得到理想的大尺寸定向凝固和单晶材料,与传统使用水冷结晶器定向凝固 工艺比较,生产效率显著提高,材料的宏观组织在整个长度范围内均匀,微观 组织偏析小。 |
