| Abstract | 一种引导式包套管材挤压方法,其特征在于：在挤压坯料的前端增加一块塑性好于高温合金等难变形材料的金属材料作为引导坯料,并将挤压坯料和引导坯料用玻璃套或不锈钢套固定一起,经过低温和高温加热后,进行挤压加工。本发明通过对坯料形状以及润滑方式的改进,很好的改善了材料的可加工性,提高了产品质量、提高了生产效率、降低了成本。 |
