Abstract一种用于水解制备高纯氢气的活性富铝合金,其特征在于:该合金由Al、Ga、In、Sn四种元素组成,且包含Al固溶体和GaIn3Sn两相,具体的制备方法如下,首先,采用真空感应炉熔炼合金至液态,且其真空度为10-2~10-3Pa;然后,采用电磁搅拌技术搅拌液态合金,再将液态合金浇铸到水冷铜模具中凝固,冷却速率控制在101~103℃/s;具有产氢率高,无污染,成本低,制备方法简单,操作方便等优点。
