| Abstract | 本实用新型涉及氮化硼一维纳米结构领域,具体为一种用于制备氮化硼一维纳米结构宏观绳的装置。该装置的反应容器为管状结构,反应容器外侧设有电加热部分,反应容器内设置反应套管,反应容器两端分别连接进气管和排气管,进气管伸至反应套管中,热电偶伸至反应容器的内腔。采用本实用新型可以解决纳米结构宏观材料的组装问题,可使厘米级长度的宏观绳状氮化硼结构在制备过程中原位通过自组装形成,避免了后续处理组装、成型等对其结构造成破坏,从而保持氮化硼一维纳米结构优异的本征性能。 |
