| Abstract | 一种真空开关用低偏析铜铬触头的制备方法,其特征在于采用真空感应熔炼,直接铸造成片型触头的技术,工艺参数为：真空度小于20Pa,待金属铬完全溶化后,再在1600-1900℃,搅拌精炼10-20分钟,控制浇铸温度1600-1700℃。本发明由于采用感应熔炼加热和铸造技术的方式,金相组织均匀,晶粒细化,产品致密。由于采用真空脱氧的方法,产品的气体含量较低。由于真空感应炉是较为普遍的熔炼设备,工艺控制简单,生产成本低,适合于大批量的工业生产。 |
