| Abstract | 一种真空行波电磁细化高温合金精密铸造装置,由真空系统、加料器、熔炼室、感应炉、隔离阀、铸型室、铸型、升降机构、油压泵组成；隔离阀将熔炼室和铸型室上下隔离开来；感应炉设置在熔炼室中,熔炼室单独与一套真空系统相连；铸型设置在铸型室中的升降机构上,升降机构由油压泵驱动,铸型室单独与另一套真空系统相连；熔炼室顶端与感应炉正对设置一带有独立真空系统的加料器；其特征在于：在所述升降机构上铸型的两侧对称放置两套行波电磁感应器。本实用新型易于控制,所获得的高温合金晶粒更为细小。 |
