Abstract本原料为一种铸造凝固增热材料,此增热材料为铝(或铝合金)(或镁粉)、硅钙粉、氧化增热剂、耐火造渣材料粉及金属氧化物粉(或矿石粉),按适当比例加以混合,其中有铜、铁、镍或钴的氧化物粉分别用于铜及铜合金;合金钢、不锈钢、铁基高温合金;镍基合金及钴基金等的浇铸中,优点:应用范围广,铸造成品率高,缩孔及疏松等缺陷基本消除,能彻底解决液固相温差太近、难浇铸合金的浇铸问题;不污染金属,不改变金属化学成分。
