| Abstract | 本实用新型提供的真空退火炉,包括炉体、加热电源的变压器、真空机组、冷却系统、控制柜,炉体是由水冷双层筒体结构的炉身和两端的水冷夹层炉盖构成,在炉体的卧轴线上备有加热管,外面套有陶瓷管,陶瓷管外面包有保温层,加热管里是放置退火零件或材料的空间。本实用新型提供的真空退火炉能达到高温1400℃、高真空度10-3Pa、低漏气率0.2Pa/s,具有结构紧凑、操作方便与节电等特点。 |
