| Abstract | 该发明由常规加热窑炉预热段、微波加热段、常规电加热控温冷却段组成。在微波加热段炉体底部有一微波加热腔，微波加热腔中置有一水平旋转垂直移动的传动机构；与微波加热腔与常规加热窑炉体之间采用微波密封插门。其既能充分发挥微波烧结陶瓷的省时、节能等特点，又能提高对微波能量的利用率，降低整套装置成本，具有高效、低成本的特点。 |
