| Abstract | 本实用新型涉及半固态合金制备技术，具体为一种半固态合金脉冲电场制备装置，由脉冲电场发生系统、脉冲电场作用系统和加热保温系统三个部分组成，由脉冲电场发生系统产生的脉冲电流通过脉冲电场作用系统施加到合金熔体上并通过加热保温系统控制合金熔体的凝固速度来实现半固态合金的制备。本实用新型充分发挥了脉冲电场对金属凝固组织的控制作用并且体积小、成本低、充电电压低、安全可靠，适用于实验室科学研究和工业生产应用脉冲电场制备半固态合金。200420055203.2 |
