| Abstract | 一种纳米晶复合涂层：内层为普通MCrAlY涂层，其中M为Ni、Co或Ni和Co和混合物；外层为同成分的纳米晶涂层；各成分重量百分比为：Al：4～12％；Cr：15～35％；Y：0.5～1％；其他：余量。本发明纳米晶复合涂层的制备方法：首先在基体材料的表面制备一层普通MCrAlY涂层，其中M为Ni、Co、或Ni和Co的混合物；然后在普通MCrAlY涂层的表面制备与前者同成分的纳米晶涂层。本发明大幅降低了制备纳米晶涂层的成本，简化了制备过程。保证了涂层系统具有较好的抗高温及热腐蚀性能，同时更好的保证了涂层的使用质量和使用寿命。200510046182.7 |
