| Abstract | 该实用新型专利为一种真空气压铸造大块晶合金装置。它包括真空室、真空装置、组合夹具、高频感应线圈、导流管、铜模、气体导入管。该装置的结构为：带有石英喷嘴的组合夹具通过法兰安装在真空室里，在真空室设一抽气口与真空装置连接，设一进气口经气体导入管与气源相通，组合夹具上的气口通过管路与气体导入管相连；在真空室里套装高频感应线圈于石英喷嘴处，另设导流管于组合夹具和铜模之间，铜模安装在底板上。该装置冷却速度高，工艺简单，操作容易。 |
