预应变配合时效对热轧和热处理双相钢近门槛区域疲劳裂纹扩展行为的研究

Abstract预应变10℅、时效175℃、30min以及两者结合对热轧相钢近门槛区域疲劳裂纹扩展速率影响不大,但却使热处理双相钢的疲劳门槛值下降达37℅之多,并均使Paris公式中的m值稍许下降,其差异的主要原因在于铁素体的晶粒大小和马氏体的含量及分布的影响,因为这两个因素显著地影响了裂纹尖端的塑性带尺寸和扩展裂纹偏离主裂纹平面的曲折,从而主要决定了疲劳裂纹扩展速率。(本刊录)
