| Abstract | 该文对自蔓延高温合成（ＳＨＳ）的Ｎｉ<,3>Ａｌ微观组织和拉伸性能进行了研究。自蔓延高温合成可得到多晶Ｎｉ<,3>Ａｌ单相合金。拉伸试验表明，该Ｔｉ<,3>Ａｌ也具有断裂强度的反常温度效应，断口特征为脆性沿晶断裂。 |
